By accessing or using Orbit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Orbit is a platform that enables users to publicly share their "favorite problems" (orbitals) - questions they're actively thinking about - to connect with others exploring similar topics. The Service facilitates discovery, connection, and conversation around meaningful questions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

5. User Content

5.1 Public Nature

Content you post (orbitals, profile information, comments) is publicly visible by default. This is intentional - the platform's purpose is to make your questions discoverable.

5.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates others' privacy or publicity rights

5.3 License to Your Content

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

8.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bernard Zitzer and Orbit from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.

14. Changes to Terms
